The transfer is free, you will be charged $15 for extending expiration of your domain name for one extra year. If for some reason your transfer does not complete, we will be happy to post a refund of $14 back to your credit card - we deduct only one dollar for processing fee.

If the administrative contact email address is your web hosting company or someone else, either have it changed by them to your own email or make sure they will cooperate with you approving this process. You can transfer domain prior to it's expiration date- please be sure to initiate domain transfer at least one week before it's expiry date!
