- On the next screen, again scroll down and press Mail this Contact Form to me button.
- Within few minutes- you will be receiving email from Network Solutions with this Contact Form you just created. All you need to do is open that email message, hit reply and send. That initiated the process.
- After about 2-4 hours you will receive another email that will have a subject that contains tracking number, that has this format [NIC-001215.i8dj] You need this tracking number for the next step!
- Then click here
and enter your name, the tracking number without the brackets and NIC- (example 001215.i8dj), provide your phone number and email and click the Process Form Button.
- Print out the next screen, sign it! and fax it with a copy of your driver's license and phone or utility bill to the fax number that is printed on the first line of the letter.
- It takes about 3 working days and you should receive confirmation email that your handle has been updated. The it takes another day or two for the Network Solutions Whois database to actually update. Once you seen your Current email in the whois look up, you are ready to transfer the domain.
