How to update your Domain Administrative Record with Network Solutions
Look up your domain name record in Network Solutions here
-
Look at the Registrant's Name and Address- you must be able to prove that you are the Registrant, that gives you authority to change any of these records. If the domain is registered to a Company, you will need a Company Letterhead with the same address, if the company moved, you will need your old letterhead or an old Utility or Phone bill and a new letterhead tying the Company Name to the old address. If the domain shows registered to a Private Person, you will need to prove you are that person- having a Driver's License or other ID with that name and address. Again if you address changed, you will need an old Utility Bill with the old address and Your Name on it.
