How to update your email address or admininstrative record with Network Solutions
Look up your domain name record in Network Solutions here First take a note of Administrative Contact details - specifically Email address and write down your Handle - handle is the group of letters and numbers in parenthesis example(EL535)

If administrative record shows your name correctly but your email address changed, you will be updating your handle - for detailed instructions how to update your handle so it reflects a correct/new email address click here.

If administrative record displays someone else and not you, you will be updating the administrative record on the domain - for detailed instructions on this click here.

After you have completed Task 1 or 2 - you are ready to transfer your domain! Before you initiate another transfer, first check the the domain record again because it takes Network Solutions several days from the time you receive notice that your record was updated to actually publish the change into the central database.
